Placing an order through our site is not a legally binding agreement. Therefore, C&C Lashpro has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery errors and similar situations. A binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you when we have sent the items you have ordered.

Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for your order. You should be aware that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.

At lashpro.store uses the following types of payments: Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Paypal. C&C Lashpro does not charge any fees for payments.

We offer the following delivery methods:

- PostNord with parcel delivery
- GLS Shop delivery (DK)

All orders delivered by PostNord have an expected delivery time of 1-5 working days, calculated from the day after the order confirmation is received.

All orders delivered by GLS have an expected delivery time of 1-3 business days, calculated from the day after the order confirmation is received. This can vary during peak periods, for example after Black Friday or during holiday seasons. Other expected delivery time: 3-7 working days.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service at your freight supplier.

Items are delivered every weekday. If you order before 12:00 on a normal weekday, your item will be shipped the same day. If you order after 12:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be sent the next working day (if this is not a public holiday). We point out that we do not deliver on weekends and holidays and that these can not be included as weekdays.

Customers at C&C Lashpro have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. However, you must send us an email within 14 days stating that you wish to return your order and receive a refund. The notice must be given by sending an e-mail to cclashes.pro@gmail.com
We can charge photo documentation for the condition of the lashes inside return shipment. Since we have to provide security for whether the item looks damaged or has been in used condition.

Goods except the right of withdrawal
We do not take goods back that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal is broken after delivery. You can therefore not try on your lashes before you return. This is for hygiene and health reasons.
We also assess whether the lashes have been in use, based on its standard in delivery.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your order. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipments. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed correctly. You bear the risk of the package until we receive it. If you send the package without a return label, save the postal receipt and the tracking number.
